REFUND

Not everyone is a candidate for eyelash extensions, therefore a refund will not be given in an event of an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions can not be predicted and is not through fault of the service. If you have had a reaction to eyelash extensions in the past, or suffer from sesitive eyes, please book in for a patch test prior.

If you find you are unhappy with your lash extensions (due to length, style, lash set), you must notify Lashes By Ella straightaway or within 24 hours from your appointment. A fix-up can be offered OR a removal must be scheduled and performed within 24 hours to receive a 50% refund. Failure to notify Lashes By Ella within 24 hours after your appointment will be deemed as a 'Change of Mind' and a refund will not be entitled.

If you have followed the correct aftercare instructions but still experience a problem with your lashes, please contact and schedule an appointment with Lashes By Ella within 7 days to receive a free touch up. For 30 Minute Infill appointments, only a 15 minute touch up is allocated. A 50% refund can be reimbursed within 3 days of your initial appointment after a complete removal of your remaining lashes.Lashes must be checked over/removed by Lashes By Ella before a refund will be issued, failure to come into the salon will forfeit your refund. If any cosmetics such as mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, false lash glue etc can be seen on your lashes, your refund/touch up will be forfeited.

*Arriving to a full set or infill appointment with makeup on your lashes (natural or extensions) e.g. mascara, eye shadows, false lash glue etc. will forfeit your refund or free touch-up. You are required to attend your appointment with clean lashes.

Please note that as Lashes By Ella is serviced based, no more than 50% of the rendered service price will be refunded at any time.
