LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY

No-Shows will not be re-booked.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.

 

​Running late will cut into your allocated appointment time.

 

You can still choose to attend the remainder of your appointment but the full price of your appointment made must still be paid and a full set/infill will not be guaranteed. The Appointment Policy will apply.
